We’re Always Improving.  We might tweak these terms every now and then – and we’ll post any changes right here.

Booking Process

Making a Booking
When you book through us, it's always subject to availability and confirmation from our partners including airlines, hotels and car rental companies etc. We may have to cancel or refuse a booking if something’s off, but we’ll be in touch if that happens.

Payment Info
You may need to pay in full when you book, or as we specify. Our payment systems are secure, and your payment info will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

‍Booking Confirmation
Once you’re confirmed, we’ll send you an email with all your details. Please take a moment to double-check your itinerary and make sure all names match the ID you’ll use at check-in. If something doesn’t look right, give us a shout right away. Keep in mind, changes made after ticketing may come with airline fees.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
We understand sometimes the unexpected happens, and we’re here to assist you, whatever the situation. Please note, airlines, hotels and suppliers may charge fees for amending or cancelling, and some rates are non-refundable. Please reach out to your Travel Manager if you need any clarification on what you have booked.

Travel Documentation

Passports & Visas
Always make sure to check your passport validity and visa requirements with the local embassy of the country you’re visiting. Many countries require your passport to be valid for at least 6 months. Please note, it’s up to each traveller to make sure all visa and passport requirements are sorted before you go. Further info below for Canada, USA and UK Visa's required.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as cancellations, delays, medical issues, lost luggage, and more. It’s always better to be prepared, and we’re confident you’ll appreciate the peace of mind it provides. If you need assistance with Travel Insurance, give us a call and we can help get that sorted for you.

Travel Disruptions

Flight & Accommodation Changes
‍Delayed, Cancellations, Hotel overbooked. These things can happen and we are here to help. While we’ll do our best to help you rebook or adjust plans, we can’t take responsibility for the unexpected.

Unforeseen Events
Mother Nature, political unrest, or other wild surprises—these are out of our hands. We can’t be liable for disruptions caused by these events, but we’ll be by your side to navigate the chaos.

Limitations of Liability

‍Service Providers
We act as the middleman between you and the service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). It is our responsibility to ensure everything is booked correctly, however we can’t be held accountable for the actual service provided by them.

We’re not liable for any indirect or consequential losses (like loss of profit, opportunity, or inconvenience) that happen as a result of using our services.

Privacy & Data Protection

When travelling overseas your safety and wellbeing is paramount. Check out smarttraveller.gov.au for the latest safety tips, travel warnings, and entry info for wherever you’re headed. You’ll find a wealth of advice on health, safety, local laws, and local contacts, so you can travel smart and stay safe.

After-Hours Support

We're here for you 24/7. If you are experiencing an emergency, have had a flight cancellation or need assistance with imminent travel, contact your Travel Manager immediately. Please note out of hours fees apply for this service.

Legal Stuff

‍Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If we need to resolve any disputes, they’ll be handled in Australian courts.
